Ingredients:
2 slices of boneless chicken breast into strips 2 cups spinach, chopped C. 1 soup. In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil and diced chicken. TheChicken can be bought already cut into strips, or you can buy whole chicken breasts and cut them securely to the desired size alone.

Cook the chicken over medium heat and golden brown. Take chicken pieces pan from heat and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil on the spot. Then chop the spinach.

Use your hands instead of a knife to cut to avoid damaging the leaves of spinach. In a small bowl, place the spinach leaves and lemon juice. Toss lightly.Arrange on four plates, leaves of spinach. Now that the chicken has cooled, had cut the chicken.
