I have the Medifast last fall and has had great success (I lost over 75 pounds). How Medifast food is: The most common question I askedThis plan is like the taste of food. When I think about it, I wondered limestone and shale Optifast shakes, bars, Slim Fast Dry. How does Medifast good (will be really effective for me?): Before answering this question, let me explain how this plan.

First, you must eat six times a day (five food companies are provided and a "lean and green meal" you get). At first I was not sure if I want to eat six times a day. But the thing is, the meals are so small and so comfortable thatis really a problem, and you'll quickly get used to. Most of the food to go or require very little assembly. Also, this really helps with hunger and cravings.

The real reason why so often you eat this diet, however, because it leads to fat burning metabolism on a regular basis. In truth, Medifast is a low carb diet, though it seems so, if you drink smoothies and eat dessert. All carbohydrate foods are low calorie / low and very highproteins.

This is good because it puts the body into a metabolic state called ketosis, in which the body is forced to turn on itself and burns its own fat. The food is better than I thought and with a little 'trial, you can modify it until you can come to thirst after. (I do not want that at least the dreama chocolate shake with sugar / fat caramel syrup on a daily basis now.)

Of course, there may be some days you lose the spontaneity to capture fast-food, but when you go through a window and see your progress (and how the results), I would bet that quickly pass. This regime has become a lifestyle for me now, so I do not think much anymore. Of course, there was a change of lifestyle, but the dramatic results and actually have better healthwas obvious to me.
